SHAFFER POOL LEAGUE UPDATE & CHANGE ANNOUCEMENT

We would like to address concerns about the recent change to the fee structure in Dayton Pool Leagues.  We truly value your input and appreciate your patience as we re-evaluate our strategy.

The goal of the previous change (which we are not moving forward with) was designed to address the delinquency of sanction fees by some players/teams.  Due to the recent new changes required by OCMA & BCA, it was never our intent to penalize those players that played multiple times a week.

We are going back to collecting sanction fees upfront at the beginning of the season when due, like always. Players/Teams will be paying the amount required annually by the BCA and VNEA.  TO BE CLEAR, THERE WILL NOT BE AN ADDITIONAL $3 INCREASE FOR EACH NIGHT PLAYED.  Those that have already paid the additional amount will be credited toward your current sanction fees.

We will be offering an optional online payment via League Apps at no additional cost for the Winter season session (Shaffer will absorb processing fees for this one session).  This option provides everyone the ability to track & record players payments.
